CANCELLATION POLICY
IDAHO 25% deposit required to book. Deposit goes toward your service. 48+ hours: Reschedule or cancel with no penalty. Less than 48 hours: Deposit is forfeited. Same-day/no-show: 50% of service is due. Please arrive on time. 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation and a fee. CALIFORNIA 50% deposit required to book. Deposit goes toward your service. 72+ hours: Reschedule or cancel with no penalty. Less than 72 hours: Deposit is forfeited. Less than 24 hours: 75% of service is due. Same-day/no-show: 100% of service is due. Please arrive on time. 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation and a fee. California appointments are limited because I travel.
